Apply for tenancy

Verify your email to begin the secure application form. You’ll choose your property and unit inside the form after verifying.

How to apply

Applications are accepted online only. Read every step before you begin — incomplete applications are not reviewed.

  1. Request a one-time sign-in link with any valid email address. These homes are near campus and popular with University of Delaware students — using your university email helps staff place you faster, but anyone may apply.
  2. Open the link we email you. It expires in 30 minutes and can be used once.
  3. Complete the application form. Choose the specific unit(s) you want, or select any available property — you pick right inside the form.
  4. Tell us in the form whether you're applying solo or as a group. If you're the first to apply for your group, add each other member's name and email directly in the form. Enter each email exactly as that person will sign in — their usual address, with no typos and no alternate addresses. If an email doesn't match, that member's application cannot join your group.
  5. Each member you list gets an email with a link to the apply page — the link is not a sign-in link; each member must request their own sign-in link using the same email address the invite was sent to, then confirm in the form that they're applying with the group. They don't re-enter the member list. Once everyone has applied, the whole group receives a single confirmation email and staff review the applications together.
  • Applications are open to all; these rentals are near campus and commonly rented by University of Delaware students.
  • If the sign-in email does not arrive within a minute, check your spam or junk folder. If it landed there, mark it "Not spam" or move it to your inbox so later messages reach you. Requests are limited: if you ask for several links within an hour, only the first few are sent, so use the most recent email you received.
  • We collect the information listed in the Privacy Policy and limit sharing to application review, verification, service providers, and legal requirements.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee tenancy; all applications are reviewed manually by staff.
  • Applications are final once submitted. If you listed a group member's email incorrectly, contact us — you cannot edit the application yourself.
