How to apply

Applications are accepted online only. Read every step before you begin — incomplete applications are not reviewed.

1. Apply with any valid email address. These homes are near campus and popular with University of Delaware students — using your university email helps staff place you faster, but anyone may apply.
2. Verify your email: we send you a one-time sign-in link. Open it to continue — the link expires in 30 minutes and can be used once.
3. Complete the online application form for the specific property you want. One application per property.
4. Submit before the listed deadline. Late or partial applications are not considered.

• Applications are open to all; these rentals are near campus and commonly rented by University of Delaware students.
• We collect the information listed in the Privacy Policy and limit sharing to application review, verification, service providers, and legal requirements.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee tenancy; all applications are reviewed manually by staff.
